At Miura Golf, we strive for perfection in every club we forge; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, standard equipment. Please note that custom-built sets and personalized items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Clubs
Securely place the unused items in their original Miura packaging, ensuring all protective headcovers and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to the Forge
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our master builders inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
